Our Events are often the "Highlight of the Conference". Under any conditions and in any locale, we can provide amazing catering, delicous food, the best wines and professional service in both the logistics of event planning and its execution on the day (or night). From outback train stops to the deck of a luxury yacht cruising the Great Barrier Reef; from rainforests and beaches to someone's back yard; from art centres to aquariums - we know all of the venues and locations, and who to look to for providing equipment, technical support and special effects. 2007 Our catering continues to grow; this last year we have catered to over 40 private events - birthdays, christenings, special dinners, mostly in peoples homes. 28 weddings were also organised and catered to from north of Mossman to south of Innisfail, with a vast variety of styles and budgets.
